The M2 is two modules linked by a glazed bridge in an H-plan: living and dining on one side, bedrooms on the other, joined by an enclosed glass connector — 2 bed / 1.5 bath, ~1,240 sqft, with two decks, walls of glass, and a flat metal roof. It's essentially our two-volumes-joined-by-a-deck idea, executed as a catalog prefab.
Method built the M Series with Prentiss Balance Wickline Architects; the sleek-but-rustic look is aimed squarely at open rural lots and country getaways — well-insulated, lots of glazing for the view.
The M2 modular unit runs about $378,200 (1,240 sqft + 248 sqft of deck); older listings show a base near $230K. As with all prefab, add site work, foundation, transport and crane — pushing a realistic delivered cost into the mid-$500Ks to ~$700K.
