DIGZ2GO is a Bay-Area design-build prefab shop (Mill Valley) doing ADUs, tiny homes, and custom modular houses out of a NorCal facility. The Digz 900 is a 2-bed / 2-bath, 900 sqft unit with wrap-around decking and "extra-large floor-to-ceiling single and double-stacked sliding glass doors," cedar-shingle siding, hardwood floors, and steel-beamed modular construction. It's built in the factory, trucked to site as a complete unit, and craned into place on the foundation.
Their smaller Digz 350 (1 bed / 1 bath, $78,750) leans on floor-to-ceiling glass plus nine clerestory windows and full-length front decking — a quick "tuck-away" option. Services span architectural and green/sustainable design through modular construction, so they can take it end to end.
For the Digz 900 (the turnkey figure includes more of the delivered/installed scope). The Digz 350 starts at $78,750 (~$225/sqft). As with all prefab, add foundation, site work, utility hookups, transport and crane on top of the base.
